Rooftop Bio Cleaning and Pigeon Proofing for Eli Lilly

Eli Lilly called in NBC Bird & Pest Control, Berkshire Area Manager Richard Stewart to assist with a constant problem of pigeons roosting on the roof of their buildings. The pigeons were leaving large amounts of guano causing a health and safety hazard for the maintenance staff accessing the rooftop plant machinery

NBC carried out a complete bio clean of the rooftop and plant machinery to safely remove all guano and to allow safe access for staff. Once completed bird proofing was installed using bird netting to prevent the pigeons gaining access again and to ensure that area remained guano and hazard free for the future.
