When you call or contact us your area manager will arrange his visit within 2 hours on the day you called so you know your problem is being dealt with.
No call-out charge
We never charge a call-out fee even if your enquiry is out of hours. When you have a contract with us you will have direct access to your NBC Area Manager for out-of-hours problems.
All work is guaranteed
For your peace of mind all of our work is guaranteed from the moment we start. If any installation or product we have provided is defective we will repair to as new or replace like for like.
